Leadership

The company has four main departments: Business Development, Design, Construction Management, and Project Management which are supported by Administration department. Each department consist of its related sections and its own staffs.

Under leading and policy given by the Board of Director, the Managing Director has the highest authority to run the company through the General Manager and the Managers of the Divisions.

The managers have their roles and accountabilities to direct and lead own departments as following:

+ Design Department (DD) for leading the architecture and engineering design

+ Construction Management Department (CMD) for leading the construction
   supervision and construction management services

+ Project Management Department (PMD) for leading the project management
   consultants and services
