An agricultural products processing factory in the northern part of Thailand on an area of 23 rai in Doi Lo district, Chiang Mai. The factory is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP certified and is in the process of BRC certification. The scope of work included the design of architecture, structure, electrical and communication system, air conditioning and ventilation system and sanitary and fire suppression system.

RENOVATION OF NAWAMINDACHINEE BUILDING AND KUKKANANG BUILDING CHULALONGKORN HOSPITAL : THAI RED CROSS SOCIETY

Nawamintha Rachinee Building and Khakanang Building were renovated to be an integrated cancer treatment center. The 11-storey Nawamintha Rachinee Building was renovated on the 1st floor (partially) to the 7th floor, while the 9-storey Khakanang Building was renovated on the B1 floor (machine room, system work) to 9th floor and the extension of the elevator-escalator hall was constructed. The total renovation area of 23,548.67 square meters consisting of:

1. Nawamintha Rachinee Building (Renovating the original building) with an area of approximately 10,024.28 square meters consisting of:
- Outpatient Clinic, Radiation Therapy and Oncology
- Common area (excluding operating rooms and intensive care unit)

The building includes office spaces as well as exterior renovations and site preparation, covering architectural design, landscape architecture, interior decoration, structural work, and engineering for all systems.

Management and Supervision of the Construction of the Innovation Entrepreneur Development Center at Ubon Ratchathani University.

The project is intended to serve as the Science Park of Ubon Ratchathani University and as a facility for incubating and developing new entrepreneurs, as well as enhancing and developing enterprises and SMEs in the area through science, technology, and innovation. The project is divided into three main components as follows:

3.A 4-story residential building for prosecutor officials, consisting of 12 units with an area of 2,064 square meters.

4.A 5-story residential building for administrative officials, consisting of 16 units with an area of 1,631 square meters.

The project consists of a 4-story reinforced concrete building (L-shaped) with approximately 4,000 square meters of usable space, one residence for the Provincial Prosecutor with approximately 224 square meters of usable space, and a residential building for prosecutor officials consisting of 16 units, totaling approximately 1,080 square meters. Additionally, there are two site plans that cover architectural design, landscape architecture, interior decoration, structural work, and engineering for all systems.
